Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Prostitution Licensing Authority meetings and hearings; prepare meeting agenda, papers and minutes; arrange appointments; manage witnesses and other secretariat duties
  • Manage professional business support, including organising meetings, basic human resource and finance transactions, maintain and manage office stores, equipment and assets
  • Maintain high level professional, discrete and confidential administrative support including word processing, electronic diary and appointment management, and call and office visitor reception
  • Prioritise correspondence, determine appropriate allocation, and implement sound records management systems and procedures
  • Undertake assigned work packages, projects and other general duties relating to the operational requirements of the Office of the Prostitution Licensing Authority

Appointment to this position will be made pursuant to the provisions of the Public Service Act 2008. Terms and conditions of employment will be in accordance with the State Government Entities Certified Agreement 2019.
