Have you previously?

  • Led FP&A and Corporate Finance activities of a dynamic, acquisitive organization?
  • Supported investment decision making across a range of Treasury, Debt management, business valuation and acquisition activities?
  • Developed pricing and forecasting models to support valuation, financing and reporting obligations?
  • Partnered with divisional Managers to identify business drivers, control costs and design suitable performance metrics?
  • Analysed, interpreted and tested assumptions across a range of key investments;
  • Reviewed internal processes and initiated continuous improvement and automation?
  • Led, engaged and motivated a small team of qualified Analysts?

Do you possess the following attributes?

  • Highly developed analytical, problem solving and numerical skills;
  • Good ability to analyse and interpret data and provide value add insights;
  • Demonstrated leadership, people management and stakeholder engagement strengths, and
  • High levels of energy, initiative and enthusiasm

We are seeking a commercially savvy Corporate Finance Manager to play a key internal advisory role. CFA/CA/CPA qualifications are essential and prior Big 4 corporate finance / investment banking experience will be regarded favourably.
You are highly analytical with strong mathematical ability and have exceptional financial modelling, interpersonal and influencing skills.
