ABOUT THE ROLE

The role of Finance Team Leader - Agency Credit Cards at CTM is to manage a small team of 6 direct reports provide support and coaching to your team members reconciling large volume of transactions (approximately 10,000 transactions per month) as well as coverage and assistance to the Financial Services Manager ANZ.


A broad knowledge will be essential in providing support to your team of Credit Card Reconciliations Officers and ensuring CTM Credit Cards are reconciled in a timely efficient manner using our automated processes.


The role requires excellent time management and communication skills, a strong eye for detail and the ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision.

The role supports the processing of large volumes of transactions, actively reviews, suggests, and implements improvements to existing processes whilst working with operational teams across the business.

Meeting monthly deadlines is of upmost importance to ensure the Finance Department is achieving its operational and strategic goals by on charging in a timely manner.


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 35 years' experience in a similar role working in a teambased environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to positively engage and build successful working partnerships with your team, staff, clients, and suppliers.
  • Experience managing Corporate Credit Cards, Amex BTA, Air Plus, Virtual Credit Cards & Air Plus Transactions would be advantageous, however not essential.
  • Strong diligence, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Dependable, timely and punctual with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Confident training and developing team to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Actively review and suggest improvements to existing processes.
  • Experience with Tramada System or similar travel accounting package is highly desirable, however not essential.
