Customer Success Manager Position:
An exciting opportunity is available for a Customer Success Manager to join the SafetyCulture team. In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their business objectives and ensure they achieve a positive return on investment throughout their journey with SafetyCulture.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive adoption, retention, and advocacy of SafetyCulture products
  • Engage with customers to educate them on new features and best practices
  • Advocate for customer needs within internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous product improvements

About You:

  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience
  • Proficient in leveraging data to drive product adoption strategies
  • Excellent persuasion and communication skills
  • Passionate about building strong customer relationships
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment

What You'll Do:

  • Manage a portfolio of customers to maximize product engagement
  • Identify opportunities for growth and ensure customer renewals
  • Understand customer goals to tailor strategies with SafetyCulture
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders
  • Provide product expertise and best practices guidance to customers
  • Advocate for customers by influencing product roadmaps
