We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager Bartender to join our professional team Summer Hill.

  • Have previous experience as a cocktail bar tender
  • Have knowledge of all classics
  • Have previous experience within a fast paced, professional hospitality environment
  • Have excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
  • Have proven experience working & leading within a successful team environment
  • Have experience with stock take and ordering
  • Have valid RSA & competency card
  • Have capacity to think outside the box to ensure continuous improvement
  • Be available to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Be able to lead by example, be hands on and can instil a sense of fun in the workplace, no egos
