Strategy Director, Comms & Planning (parental leave cover - end March 2025)Do you get excited about solving clients' challenges?Do you have a passion and flair for media, communication and planning?Do you want to work with some of the brightest minds in the industry?From shaping communications strategies to building on our proprietary products and services – no two days will be the same.

As the Strategy Director, your role entails crafting actionable communication strategies in partnership with both internal and external stakeholders.

You'll provide clear guidance to translate the strategic vision across all forms of media, ensuring that strategic insights translate into tangible campaign results.

We are looking for a curious, passionate, collaborative individual who loves solving challenges, collecting data and insights and making what feels complex, feel simple, logical and easy to digest for clients and colleagues.

Our ideal candidate will love a challenge and demonstrate a strong grasp of the full digital communications landscape and the ability to think laterally in order to craft effective solutions.


Ideal Experience and Qualifications:


Proven experience (5-6 years) working in a communication strategist or similar role, preferably within an agency environment across Creative, Digital and Media specific agencies.

In-depth knowledge of digital and traditional media channels, as well as emerging trends in communication and technology.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans via your exceptional presentation and storytelling skillsExperience working with a diverse range of clients and industries is a plus.

Proficiency and experience of Roy Morgan is a plus.
