About Us


We are a unique privately owned Funds Management and Real Estate Development company investing across a wide spectrum of various Real Estate ventures, with a strong track record.

The portfolio is built through strategic research, forward-thinking, and stringent project selection.


Our aim is to always have the agility to think outside the box, be ahead of trends and seek innovative ways to contribute to the property development scene thus create meaningful projects for the society at large.

The company's recent focus includes but are not limited to rural land developments.

We have an excellent pipeline of current projects including lifestyle village (over 50s living) developments, rezoning & subdivisions, farmland developments and biodiversity offset trading.

Past projects included residential apartment developments, Mine management, rural land developments and more.

We also have a Financial Investment product managed under our own Australian Financial Services Licence. Our investment layouts are pragmatic and stays adaptively sensitive to changes and policies.

Opportunity overview:


Interns will be expected to contribute to our property development projects and administrative operations, with a minimum commitment of 3 working days per week throughout the engagement period to maintain task continuity and expedite professional knowledge accumulation.

This level of dedication will facilitate a rewarding learning journey and enable significant contributions to our ventures.

As we conclude this recruitment process, it's worth noting that there is the possibility for 1-2 outstanding interns to transition into full-time roles at the end of the program.

Scope of responsibilities, not limited to:

  • Fulfilling tasks assigned by a supervisor
  • Performing clerical duties and adhoc tasks
  • Job shadowing
  • Learning technical skills related to the industry
  • Managing social media accounts
  • Event handling or planning

If you are a young and passionate individual who:

  • Possesses advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exhibits a keen interest or expertise in the property development industry
  • Is presently enrolled or has recently graduated from a tertiary program related to Finance, Business, Property Development, Law, Town Planning, Civil Engineering, Zoology, or Biology
  • Showcases a strong commitment to task ownership and accountability

Salary:
$2, $70,000.00 per year
