Low Risk Eligibility Admin, Personal Injury | Melbourne, VIC | Hybrid

The primary purpose of this role is to provide timely and accurate administration of Eligibility processes which include the organising and collating of circumstance report investigations and request of treating health practitioner reports.


You will be Responsible for:

  • Organise and collate circumstance report investigations and request of treating health practitioner reports
  • Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders ensuring that they are kept regularly informed throughout the process
  • Identify and collate information which is required to be supplied for appointments is essential
  • Ensure the information being requested is accurate and supplied in a timely manner
  • Document out internal management systems to ensure all steps are accurately recorded and reflected for future review
  • Provide all reasonable support to Eligibility Officers
  • Management of multiple internal and external stakeholders is essential with the delivery of high levels of customer service expected

Important to your success:

  • Highly accurate Data entry, time management and organisational skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word/Excel and the ability to learn new software systems
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and adapt to changing business needs
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Any previous Claims or WorkCover experience will be highly regarded but is not essential
