The role


Join the Country Road Group Digital team as a Digital Coordinator and execute the day to day trade activities required for David Jones and the team to meet the objectives of the Online Trading Strategy.


Please note that this is a 6 month contract, 4 days per week, with the possibility to extend
Key responsibilities

  • Achieve sales budgets for the David Jones online channel for Witchery and Mimco
  • Ensure all product is enriched as per David Jones requirements, including appropriately mapped to hierarchies to optimize performance
  • Foster and build relationships with David Jones Buying teams to ensure products and offers are presented well and maximising sales opportunities
  • Share promotional information with relevant Online Trade team and Promotions Team, to ensure accurate and timely support of key offers
  • Support DJ Online teams to test any website functionality impacting the brands
  • Ensure all imagery and copy on the website is complete, accurate, and within David Jones guidelines
  • Provide feedback on opportunities for continuous improvement of product/site merchandising, including Product Listings, Onsite search, SEO, and more
  • Focus primarily on the Witchery and Mimco business, but assistance with other CRG brands may be required from time to time.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Full competencies on a rage of computer software and programmes including Office suite, Site Analytics
  • An understanding of the Ecommerce landscape in Australia and other similar markets
