THE ROLE
The APAC Marketing Executive's core function will be to drive pipeline and awareness of FinancialForce via multi-channel channels. This role will communicate the marketing plan to the sales teams in APAC in line with the global team. We are also looking for a metrics-driven marketer with a focus on generating pipeline working with FF sales teams.

This role requires expertise in all areas of Marketing with a strong focus on communications and strong relationship building, as well as creating marketing plans and campaigns that drive business in APAC.


WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

  • Strong marketing skill set in campaigns, ABM, digital, social media and / or events;
  • Excellent communication and written skills with the ability to localise marketing materials.
  • A selfstarter with the ability to prioritise their work, identify problems, develop solutions, and share information with relevant colleagues/teams to bring about timely resolutions.
  • Drive pipeline through APAC specific marketing planning aligned to sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the Head of Channels for APAC and align with their team to ensure marketing strategy is aligned to the business need of our partners;
  • Plan and manage marketing activities within budgetary guidelines and deadlines.
  • Work with partners to develop joint marketing plans based on market trends and competitors.
  • Provide support in developing marketing strategies and campaigns for the region;
  • Help to localise content specific for the region;
  • Evaluate, track and measure the marketing performance of partners and recommend improvements.
  • Communicate regularly to key internal stakeholders on campaign KPIs.
  • Deliver quarterly results in line with the marketing plan and pipeline goals

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, mainly in technology, professional services, financial services or business services
  • Able to cope with job pressure and changes to projects or timelines.
  • Expected 2x per week at office working with team in CBD, Sydney
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Good experience of the Salesforce platform as well as products and tools that underpin ABM such as marketing automation
  • Bachelor's degree with equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Marketing or equivalent;
  • Typically 3 years of directly relevant, handson marketing campaigns or ABM experience

WHAT ELSE WOULD BE GREAT

  • Salesforce and Marketo experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Google calendar, docs, sheets, slides) preferred
  • Global campaigns experience
