Overview of the Role:

Our client is in search of a Field Marketing Manager to join them on a 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting dynamic marketing teams and will report to the Senior Director, Field Marketing ANZ. Responsibilities include overseeing customer case studies, creating relevant content like videos and photography, organizing marketing campaigns, and managing events and sponsorships.

The selected candidate will collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment in strategies to boost lead generation. Monitoring and reporting on campaign analytics will also be a key aspect of this role.

We are looking for someone who excels at communication, problem-solving, and collaboration, and is dedicated to creating remarkable experiences for customers, as well as sales and marketing stakeholders. Adapting to changing priorities and being strategically creative are essential qualities for this position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Establishing customer reference programs for joint marketing ventures
  • Assisting the Field Marketing AU/NZ team in securing customer speakers and references
  • Managing B2B events and 3rd Party Sponsorships
  • Identifying and creating customer success stories and related assets
  • Supporting key strategic events locally and globally
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders across the company
  • Enhancing sales teams' skills and knowledge around customer relationship programs
  • Managing agency relationships for advocacy initiatives

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related field
  • Have 8+ years of experience in marketing communications and customer relations
  • Possess strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrate creativity and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and related tools like Slack is beneficial
  • Experience working across various global regions is advantageous
