The Opportunity:


Are you an individual with a passion for driving social impact through data and evidence? If so, join us at Junction as our brand-new Data and Evidence Lead.


In this transformative newly created role, you will shape our approach to measurement, evaluation, and impact assessment, enabling us to create thriving communities.

Our purpose in measuring impact is to improve services and systems based on the knowledge we gain.

Your new role will inform continuous improvement activities and drive innovation through an impact approach underpinned by a learning strategy that combines lived experience, data, and evidence.

You will have a shared goal in wanting to build a self-learning system that reports on successes and challenges, which in turn will allow us to self-correct and adapt to better support the needs of the people we work with.

Ultimately your new role will assist in measuring the impact of Junctions services which will assist in influencing systemic change and identifying innovations and investment opportunities.


In your new role, you will collaborate with our Impact Team and external stakeholders, where you will lead strategic projects to generate evidence-based insights for decision-making.

Your expertise in community services and data strategies for social impact and exceptional initiative and relationship-building skills will position Junction as an impact innovator, attracting funding and driving results.

We are seeking a driven person who:

  • Has demonstrated experience leading data strategies in the human services field for the purpose of demonstrating social impact
  • Possesses the ability to exercise initiative, establish priorities, and manage multiple complex projects and tasks
  • Has the proven ability to translate strategic objectives into deliverable operational plans resulting in highperformance outcomes
  • Possess highly developed oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Has Highlevel analytical skills and demonstrated experience solving complex problems requiring strategic thought and independent judgment
  • Holds Postgraduate qualifications and relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education and/or training

You Will Need To:

  • Hold or be willing to obtain a General Probity Employment Screening
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a Child Safe Environments Certificate
