A Day in the Life of a Trainer & Assessor
As
Trainer & Assessor you will provide flexible and practical training services to students through the delivery of accredited and non-accredited training, coaching and mentoring.
You will also get out and about within the Aged Care industry assessing and assisting your students in their host establishment.
You will join a team of dedicated trainers and will get satisfaction from knowing you have empowered your students to build their confidence, knowledge and careers through your personalised service.
If you are seeking a rewarding career with an industry leader and can answer yes to the following, then this may be the perfect opportunity for youEssential experience, qualifications and skills:
- A recent clear National Police Check
- A current Working With Children Check (blue card)
- Current Driver's Licence and the ability to travel
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
- TAE40116 or equivalent
Current Industry Qualifications
- Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support
- Minimum two years relevant industry experience
- Exceptional communication skills and a high level of computer literacy
- Ability to work independently remotely with a high level of motivation and autonomy
