About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and committed Trainer and Assessor to join our team as a Training Advisor - Individual Support. As a key member of our team, you will provide flexible and practical training services to students through the delivery of accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring to students
  • Assess the skills and abilities of students to tailor training offerings
  • Manage own case load to ensure timely completion of milestones
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment - TAE40116 or equivalent
  • Certificate III in Individual Support
  • Minimum 2 years' industry experience
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • A current, clear National Police Check
  • A current Working With Children Check / QLD Blue Card
