Looking for a new and exciting opportunity? ECH is looking for Home Service leads to support with the ongoing development and resource management of a team of Home Service Team members.


The role

As a Home Service Lead you will:

  • Provide support and leadership to the Home Services team
  • Be responsible for promoting a positive workplace culture
  • Manage recruitment, retention and promote staff wellbeing
  • Maintain cost efficiencies to meet designated KPI's
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement processes
  • Develop therapeutic relationships across the business to promote positive client outcomes
  • Maintain responsibility for delegated portfolios
  • Undertake coaching, mentoring and management of performance
  • Coordinate operational business requirements of Home Services Team
  • Develop and maintain sound understanding of ECH processes and service delivery models
  • Be responsible for your own professional learning needs

Who we're looking for

Someone who:

  • Has proven people management skills
  • Has demonstrated experience in recruitment and workforce management
  • Has excellent time management skills \Has excellent communication skills
  • Has experience in performance development and management practices
  • Has well development communication skills with the ability to relate effectively with a wide range of people
  • Is experienced in using and learning multiple software programs
  • Has an ability to utilise and interpret data to guide and improve practices

But also someone who:

  • Is kind, even if they're a bit stressed out

  • Is dynamic and energetic
  • Is flexible and adaptable

You will need

  • COVID19 vaccination (including booster if eligible)
  • Previous leadership experience

It'd also be helpful if you had:

  • A current police check
  • Experience and/or knowledge of Home Care Packages
