About the role

Responsibility

  • Assist with various customerrelated projects, including but not limited to launching new products, coordinating policy updates, and managing subsequent impacts.
  • Assist in establishing and improving SOPs for various tickets and routine tasks.
  • Responsible for handling of complex case types and escalating to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Assist in training junior teammates and continuously optimizing training content and SOPs.
  • Liaise with the front office and middle office and solve their questions in an efficient and proficient manner.
  • Facilitate trading account management, MAM, and copy tradingrelated configurations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the forex or financial services industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; bilingual in English and Mandarin.
  • Deep understanding of MT4/5 related trading tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
