We currently have an opportunity for a diligent Stock Hand to join our Distribution team in Summer Hill. As Stock Hand you will be responsible in ensuring DC activities are carried out effectively and efficiently. This is a Full-Time opportunity located in our support Office - Summer Hill, Sydney.

Your role and responsibilities will consist but are not limited to:

  • Organise and release of all jewellery invoices
  • Assign ticketing priorities and assist with ticketing when required
  • Collate completed stock against invoices
  • Liaise with vault Team Members to securely store highend product
  • Liaise with Buyers on organising samples of stock
  • Record incoming stock into the appropriate system (Pathway)
  • Organise and complete relevant stock paperwork
  • Receive and record stock deliveries for all divisions
  • Ensure control for nil report when needed for jewellery vaults only
  • Put away and refill of stock into jewellery and catalogue vaults
  • Assist with putting away stock when needed.
  • Assist with general housekeeping duties when required.
  • Assist with daily picking of stock.
  • Other adhoc duties as per required by management across all DC areas.

  • Monday 8.30am 5.00pm
