Job Description

We have a vacancy for a Finance Officer based in Burleigh Heads on the beautiful Gold Coast.

The role:

A typical day in this role might include extracting reports from our inventory management system to help our production facility run more effectively, monitoring KPIs to identify areas for improvement and supporting with invoice creation,


Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will also play a role supporting her with any ad-hoc requests and liaise with other departments to provide finance assistance.


As a member of this small and agile team, you will play an integral part in the business and have the opportunity to make a big difference.

If you are curious, willing to learn and love to drive improvements through analysis, you will love this role.

You bring:

  • The ability to work with data and create reports, including skills in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn
  • The ability to work with high attention to detail
  • The ability to work as part of a team, and communicate effectively with a range of people
  • The ability to multitask and communicate effectively with team members to ensure prioritised tasks are completed on time and within tight timeframes
