The role: As the Lead Veterinarian, you'll play a pivotal role in the hospital's success:
  • Manage primary clinical cases, encompassing both medical and surgical cases.
  • Provide guidance and training to our primary care Veterinarian team.
  • Skilfully handle client complaints and address financial and clinical concerns.
  • Act as the line manager for our GP veterinarians, facilitating their growth.
  • Contribute to performance appraisals of GP veterinarians.
  • Assist in training nursing and animal attendants when needed.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of our marketing plan.
  • Play a vital role in the hospital's leadership team.

About You: Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Doctor of Veterinary Science (or higher)
  • Registration with the QLD Veterinary Practitioners Board as a Veterinary Surgeon
