About the role:
This role is a great opportunity to enter the Body Corporate industry, learn what it's all about from the inside, and progress into an Assistant Body Corporate Manager.
The duties include:
- Providing exceptional customer service as a main point of contact for clients
- Assisting with the preparation of meeting agendas
- Taking minutes of the meetings
- Issuing work orders and following up on quotations
- General administrative work, system updates and filing
- Customer service passion
- Ability to naturally engage, communicate and work within a team
- Strong administration and time management skills
- Super organised to juggle multiple tasks
- Great attention to detail
- Can 'roll with the punches'
- Techsavvy and adaptable
