What You'll Be Doing:
You'll start by working alongside an experienced team of Body Corporate Managers, providing support as you develop your skills and expertise. As you gain confidence, your responsibilities and portfolio will expand.
Body Corporate Management involves overseeing the daily operations of buildings with multiple owners, which include various lots and common areas such as foyers, car parks, lifts, and outdoor spaces.
As a Body Corporate Manager, you will:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of buildings with multiple owners and dwellings.
- Coordinate urgent and preventative maintenance for common areas like foyers, car parks, lifts, and outdoor spaces.
- Facilitate Annual General Meetings (AGMs), prepare and distribute meeting minutes, and follow up on actions arising from meetings.
- Handle administrative, financial, and insurance matters to ensure smooth operations for our clients.
Starting with a supportive team and clear guidance, you'll grow into your role, managing more significant responsibilities as your skills develop.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

- Strong understanding of administration and finance, with budget management capabilities,

- Advanced time management skills, prioritising and managing multiple tasks.
