FACILITY MANAGER - AGED CARE

The Facility:

This is a brand-new facility that is slowly integrating new residents. It will eventually have the capacity of up to 80 residents, High Care, Low Care and dementia wing. This is the opportunity for an experienced, solution-based Facility manger to really put their own stamp.

The Location:

The Hilltops Region is loved for its rich history, familiar country charm and beautiful vistas.

There's easy access to the neighbouring towns of Young, Cootamundra and Yass, and Canberra is just over a 90-minute drive away.


The Benefits:

  • Permanent Full Time
  • Base + Super +NFP packing
  • If Relocating assistance can be discussed
  • Salary up to 150K Depending on experience.

The Role:

You must have a hands-on approach and the ability to be solution based in your thinking.

You will need to be comfortable with working under pressure as they will be slowly integrating residents and teams over the coming months.

You will be the Management of all operations of an aged care community included residential care and retirement living.
