One of Australia's crucial
Federal Government Departments is looking to engage a skilled and experienced
Cyber GRC Specialist to join their multidisciplinary team based in Canberra.

The successful
Cyber GRC Specialist will provide cyber security services to the agency.

A specific deliverable during the initial engagement will be to progress the GRC work around any agency systems required to be modified or developed in preparation of a major event.

The successful
Cyber GRC Specialist will secure a
contract until 30th
June 2024 with 12-month extension option and a
rewarding hourly rate.

The successful
Cyber GRC Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Providing specialist cyber security advice
  • Assisting in enhancing security operations and practices in accordance with the protective security policy framework
  • Create governance documentation as required
  • Assist the Cyber security team as needed
The successful
Cyber GRC Specialist will have experience in the following:

  • Information security manual, protective security policy framework and essential
  • Capability performing a cyber security GRC role
  • Cyber security incident response processes and plans
  • Managing client interactions and expectations in a service context
