This role is heavily weighted in administration, and you will be supporting three experienced Commercial Managers.

The successful applicant will have;

  • Ideally some property management experience
  • Strong administration and people skills
  • Professional presentation
  • MS Office suite proficient
  • Attention to detail
  • High level of initiative and time management skills
  • Handson approach and "can do" attitude

Skills, Quals and experience:

  • Previous Property Management experience in residential, or junior level commercial or strong admin in property
  • Agents Rep cert/Cert IV in Property (Minimum)
  • Driver's license and own car to be able to conduct site visits
