About the Role

This is a fantastic chance to work with a diverse portfolio of 120 small mixed-use properties, primarily retail and industrial. You will be responsible for managing rent arrears, lease processing, and tenant liaison, as well as conducting property inspections and monitoring expenditures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring timely rent collection and lease processing.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to monitor condition and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the dedicated team to ensure smooth operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Agent's Representative Certificate is required.
  • Minimum of 2+ years managing a portfolio with knowledge of the Retail Tenancies Act.
  • Strong desire for professional growth and continuous learning.
  • Victorian Driver's License and reliable car are necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
