About the Role

The role works closely with Construction Supervisors and the Operations team to provide fantastic services to fire and mould restoration projects.

The roles objective is to provide emergency response to projects that have been damaged.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to business hours emergency response, mitigation and cleanup of properties damaged by mould, water and fire
  • Option to service after hours claims
  • Initiate, control and complete all restoration works regarding mould, water and fire
  • Scope preparation and budget estimation
  • Report writing
  • Proactive and professional communication
  • Completing all restoration projects within high standards of quality
  • Adhere to IICRC standards and guidelines

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience as a restoration technician
  • IICRC accreditation is preferred but not necessary
  • Fantastic ability to manage time and prioritise tasks
  • Ability to communicate to clients and manage relationships
