Your opportunity

Within the Marketing & Community team and r eporting to the Group Manager PR and working closely with the Senior PR & Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial part in our dynamic and collaborative environment, working across multiple areas of the business, including Retail Partnerships, Community, and Corporate Affairs.

In this role, you will help manage the execution of earned consumer media and influencer activity across the Westfield business in Australia and New Zealand.

Your role and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Guide best practise implementation of earned and influencer strategy, with aparticular focus on leading centre activity, retailer openings, cultural and communityinitiatives and supporting on wider campaigns.
  • Collaborate effectively with centre marketing teams, cross divisional stakeholders, andexternal business partners, including retail partners.
  • Help manage our retained agency partner, Pulse, who we see as an extension of ourteam.
  • Support centre teams and the wider business on customer communications andissues management including recommended approach, supporting copy andstakeholder endorsement.
  • You have a can-do attitude and can helpmanage several different projectsconcurrently.
  • Excellent communication and strongstakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail, writing andproofreading skills, from press releases tocustomer responses.

  • 5+ years' previous consumermarketing or PR experience .
  • Understanding ofPR, social mediaand influencer activity, experiencein these disciplines preferable .
  • Excellent communication and strongstakeholder management skills .
  • Strong attention to detail, writing andproofreading skills, from press releases tocustomer responses.
