As the Billing & Data Coordinator, your role is to quality check data for payroll and invoicing, to ensure accuracy in these key business functions.


This role also includes maintaining and updating data across the company to ensure efficiency in operations and compliance with quality standards.


About the role

Your Responsibilities

  • Create and complete accurate fortnightly billable report for invoicing.
  • Create and complete accurate interim alternate fortnightly billable report for monitoring.
  • Prepare accurate data for fortnightly pay run.
  • Check data for invoicing.
  • Pay run support.
  • Develop reports to support revenue growth.
  • Primary backup for Payroll Administrator during leave absences.
  • Approve employee time sheets accurately and within required timeframes.
  • Continually monitor, maintain and update data across functions.
  • Check outsourcing invoicing and create accurate weekly / fortnightly reports.
  • Live capacity by region billable report after pay run, measuring growth.
  • Adhoc reporting and analysis to support business initiatives.
  • Identify issues for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in preparing employment documentation accurately and within designated timeframes.

Your Key Requirements

  • Cert IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping (or similar) and/or 3+ years relevant experience.
  • Sound understanding of the NDIS pricing framework and claiming processes is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, reliability and confidentiality.
  • Advanced computer skills in MS office.
  • Good mathematical and financial data management skills.
  • Sound decisionmaking skills based on accurate and timely analyses.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate and support staff at all levels.
  • Knowledge and understanding of key legislative requirements relevant to the position.
  • Previous experience in processing payroll will be advantageous.
  • Possession of a Positive Notice Blue Card (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current Yellow Card or NDIS Worker Screening Card (or willingness to obtain).
