Let's talk about you

  • This role sits within our Finance team and is responsible for invoicing our customers on a monthly basis whilst ensuring the integrity of the billing data.
As our Billing Officer, you will put our values up in lights by delivering these activities and outcomes:

  • Managing various aspects of the Billing function, including generating invoices and credit notes accurately, while meeting all month end deadlines
  • Calculating and billing contract termination fees and contract payout amounts
  • Answering customer account enquiries
  • Assisting the Sales team with account reviews
  • Assisting the Billing Team Lead with the analysis of invoices, credits and cancellation requests
  • Understanding billing disputes and clearly conveying these to the relevant manager for resolution
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate contact details for all customers
  • Undertaking other related duties as required
