Optus' Digital Hub's purpose is to deliver simple and intuitive digital customer experiences. The hub consists of several cross functional teams who are all about getting it done, faster, together.
The day to day:
- Lead UX Experimentation across Sales squads, guiding the team on welldefined hypothesis, prioritization framework and solutions to be tested
- Collaborating with Product Owner and respective business partners to define future areas of focus for UX research and design
- Leading endtoend UX research including testing plans, participant recruitment, facilitations, synthesize and present finding/insights
- Designing new customer journeys and interfaces, from lowdef to highdef artefacts including sketching, wireframing, interactive prototyping and visual design
- Collaborating with technical/CMS producers and Digital Designer to define new prebuilt HTML templates and workflow/process improvements
- Delivery of digital assets adhering to Digital Style Guide, spec for all screen sizes (mobile, tablet and desktop) and platforms (Web & App)
Why you are our next Lead Product Designer:
- Understanding and experience with Experimentation frameworks and tools (Optimizely and Google Optimise 360 are a must)
- Clear communication of design rationale backed up with solid data and customer insight (quant/qual)
- The ability to create prototypes at various fidelity using tools like Framer, Flinto, Keynote, InVision, HTML/CSS/JS, etc
- Strong knowledge of HCD and WCGA AA+ Accessibility standards
- Experience designing responsive web interfaces with highfidelity screen designs tools (Sketch, Invision, Adobe XD, Photoshop are a must)
