Due to an internal promotion, this leading and instantly recognisable professional education organisation is seeking a Member Engagement Manager to join the team.


Reporting to the State Acquisition and Retention Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a premium service to existing and new members, promoting appropriate services and solutions.

On a day to day basis you will drive engagement with members, attend company events to develop your network, increase member satisfaction and provide support through answering course queries.


To be guaranteed an interview with this business, you must have previous account management/client services experience, ideally within a membership based business however other industries will not be disregarded.

You will be a confident communicator with experience liaising with people at all levels in a business. You will take pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience over the phone as we as in person. Finally, a driven nature and hunger to achieve results will not go unnoticed.
