About the role:
You will be a valued member of a passionate training team and administer training across allocated business sections.
A key part of your role is working with managers to identify their team's training needs, providing training reports and informing managers of their training compliance.
You will also plan, source and schedule course attendances, respond to customer enquiries, attend stakeholder meetings and ensure relevant course documentation is processed, payments are managed, and training results recorded.
As a training administrator, you will be relied upon to follow the training coordination process to ensure consistency across the training team, and to support other team members.
What the role will offer:
- A supportive team, autonomy, flexibility and ongoing development where required
- Utilise your exceptional training administration skills to coordinate attendance to training courses you source for your internal customers, all whilst following a consistent and established process.
- Liaising with relevant line managers to ensure their team's training needs are met
- Manage training data integrity within the corporate learning management system.
- Liaising with stakeholders across the business to plan and schedule suitable training courses by using the corporate procurement system and work order process.
- Analyse training data to understand what training your customers need and manage those needs effectively and in a timely manner.
- Ensuring training coordination integrates with other planned and unplanned work happening across the business.
- Liaising with external and internal training providers to source cost effective and quality training services and manage payments in accordance with relevant procurement protocols.
- Use internal NEXUS document management system to maintain compliance and ensure training record integrity.
- Gain exposure to SAP suite of products for coordinating training services.
