Customer Service Automation/Technical Specialist
A great opportunity to join us on a Permanent basis in our
Customer Service Optimisation team.

In this role, you will be driving processes and technological advancements whilst providing technical expertise to our customers and internal teams across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading technology implementations in Customer service space and increasing adoption of existing platforms, such as customer portals.
  • Onboarding new customers to Customer service portals/systems
  • Championing the change management required for success of system implementation and any training associated with it.
  • Assist customers with technical queries, and guide/work closely with Customer Service staff across ANZ to provide expertise and troubleshooting of technical queries.
  • Be involved in testing and implementation of new technological advancements for order management and processing drive automation.
  • Escalating product complaints, service complaints and adverse events, and mentor other Customer Service staff as required.

Key Requirements of the role include:

  • Tertiary degree in related area
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, ability to make decisions based on sound professional judgement
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Demonstrated success in a role that requires significant prioritising, organising and multitasking
  • Good attention to detail
