About the Role
Fugro is seeking a skilled Laboratory Administrator to join our team in Balcatta. As a key member of our laboratory operations team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our laboratory.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance in preparing laboratory documents and editing reports, drafts, and memos.
- Support the Lab Operation Manager in ensuring communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in updating personnel competency and quality register of laboratory documents.
- Arrange and track samples and equipment transportation between laboratories and other sites.
- Operate our ERP system (IFS) for invoicing, inventory management, and data entry.
- Provide ad-hoc assistance to the Operation Manager for day-to-day lab operations.
