The Role


This this is a hands-on position combining the responsibility of managing hotel operations and the duties of night audit reporting.

As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for all of the guest and all maintaining all administrative duties.


Skills and Attributes

  • At least 34 years of experience in a similar role
  • Previous Front office management experience in a 5* Hotel
  • Must be a proven motivator, leader and mentor
  • Ability to work to tight schedules and be able to multitask
  • Exceptional communicator with a proactive can do attitude
  • Work within budgets and KPI's with a strong business focus
