We are seeking an ambitious, competitive, and professional Sales Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership to all types of sales roles (maybe field sales, inside sales or client relationship management) to aggressively meet sales, revenue, retention, and organizational objectives.

About the Role

The Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Their territory for end-to-end business from lead generation to Sales Close. Designs and develops strategies to increase market share and grow the short and long-term business through management of the region.
  • Developing and nurturing C-Level business relationships through leadership & ensuring the highprofile legal brand of TR in the legal market.
  • Drive high performance in the team to deliver on agreed sales quotas through effective targeted coaching and performance counselling.
  • Coach team to develop and drive a strong customer focus and sales culture.
  • Monitor agreed on targets for individuals in the team.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of the external industry environment and internal systems and products to support the team in providing an exceptional customer experience in order to maximise sales.

About You

You're a fit for this Sales Manger role if you have:

  • Law, Finance, Accounting, Business / MBA or relevant qualification OR experience
  • 5 years of Sales Leadership / general management experience.
  • P+L experience not essential but advantageous.
  • Able to develop a good understanding of procedural work pressures and broad appreciation of the commercial dimension of legal practice. Professional services exposure therefore an advantage
  • Indepth appreciation of the challenges in legal practice and ability to inspire confidence with expert knowledge of the solution to the sales team. Will likely have a previous exposure to SaaS / Cloud technologies and solutions.
  • Ability to lead, mentor and coach and develop Sales team, leading to successful achievement of planned objectives and outcomes
  • Proven sales track record and an extensive professional network in the legal and allied industries.
  • Excellent presentation skills
