As a Senior Associate in the Property Law team, you will take on a key leadership role, contributing your extensive experience and expertise in handling complex property transactions. You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers, advising clients on a diverse range of property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development projects, and property finance. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of high-value and intricate property transactions, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

Requirements:

  • Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 5+ years of PQE in property law.

  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional client management and communication abilities, with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and working both independently and collaboratively.
