Extensive experience of 8+ years as a Test Lead

Excellent knowledge of software testing principles and practice

Experience working as part of a cross-functional software development team

Extensive experience in the design, development, and execution of test plans, test cases and test scripts

Willingness to fully take responsibility and ownership of the quality assurance (QA) process
:

Experience with agile methodologies, demonstrated ability to provide a testing perspective as an input into backlog refinement and sprint planning
:
-
Experience in all types of testing, e.g. functional, system, integration, regression, Smoke etc
:
-
Experience in test effort estimations, tools/infrastructure set up, deployments and release activities
:
-
Experience in usage of test management tools such as Jira, MF ALM etc.

This service produces clearly identifiable results, notably the reduction in the cost of software development and maintenance by up to 30%, enhanced quality levels, improved time to market, and importantly mitigation of technical and business risks.
