We are looking for talented Architects for our Rothelowman Perth Studio.

Preference will be given to applicants who have:

  • Fully competent in at least two of the following areas of expertise: Concept Design, Design Development, Documentation and Construction/Site Administration.
  • Sound understanding of all phases of the architectural process.
  • Systematic approach to Design Development, Documentation, Dimensioning, Referencing and Detailing complete architectural packages.
  • Command of computer software including MS Office Suite, Revit.
  • Report writing and schedule preparation skills.
  • Thoroughness in quality control.
  • Organisation skills especially time management of self and project team.
  • Approachable personality with good communication skills.
  • Chairing and documenting project meetings.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Formulation and communication of the project brief.
  • Achieving client signoff of key milestones throughout the project.
  • Managing project fees including preparation of proposals, variations and invoices.
  • Support the professional development of team members.
  • Bachelor's degree of Architecture (required).
  • Registration as Architect (preferred)
  • At least 5 years postgraduate experience as a team member on projects of relevant scale and type.
