How will I help?

As the Senior Manager Industry Specialisation your purpose will be to drive balance sheet growth and improve customer satisfaction within identified target industries in business banking through development and execution of the end-to-end strategy.

You will be accountable for identifying opportunities for new or improved propositions and experiences through deep understanding of customer needs and customer & banker feedback. Cross-functional stakeholder management and collaboration to co-develop compelling propositions across the end-to-end customer journey, and drive to implementation. Scope, design and test new and/or improved customer experiences through the application of customer insights and testing, understanding needs, behaviours and attitudes delivering improved customer satisfaction Manage profitability, working closely with stakeholders in the business to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify industries for the business to focus to drive Develop and implement initiatives that meet the unique needs of targeted business segments and industries to drive sustainable net market share growth.
  • Draw on the organisation's resources, including 1st and 3rd party customer data and insights to create propositions and experiences that generate future growth and differentiation in addition to driving customer loyalty and retention.
  • Drive pipeline growth through targeted business development activities, market activation and supporting on transactions.
  • Identify the needs of the target business segments and industries to ensure customers have the right lending products to meet their needs.
  • Work alongside other relevant business units and divisional stakeholders to design the desired end-to-end customer experience journeys in the assisted sales channels.
  • Monitor market and customer insights to anticipate future trends and optimise the customer experience in targeted channels to ensure competitive advantage through relevancy and desirability.
