The Role:


Reporting to the General Counsel and Directors, your role is to ensure that the firm complies with its external regulatory requirements and internal company policies.


  • Stay uptodate with evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Conducting internal audits and reviews across the organisation to identify compliance and risk
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide guidance on compliance matters
  • Investigate and address any potential compliance concerns
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required
  • Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries and audits
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations and assess their impact on the firm
  • Execution of internal training for staff across the firm
  • Supporting the Legal Team including involvement on special projects

To be effective in the role you will:

  • Have experience in a Professional, Financial or Accounting services firm with experience in compliance and risk management
  • Demonstrate a strong awareness of legislation, regulations to the business units
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
