**The Opportunity**:
**Veolia ANZ is seeking a South Coast Manager to join our Environmental Services team in**

**Shoalhaven, NSW 2535.**

**Reporting to the Regional Manager your main responsibilities will be to manage the daily operations in Shoalhaven. This includes the oversight, management and delivery of the curbside collections contract for the City of Shoalhaven. In addition to this you will also be responsible for the management and delivery of our commercial operations contracts that service hospitals, major commercial premises, retail and defence facilities.**

**What you'll be responsible for**:
**Supported by an Operations Supervisor and a Vehicle Logistics Officer you will**:

- **Lead the day-to-day management for the Shoalhaven City collections contract**:

- **Manage day-to-day operations for Commercial Services**:

- **Provide frontline operational and safety leadership to a team of 40 + operators**:

- **Ensure all OHS and regulatory requirements are met, including fatigue management**:

- **Plan daily workloads/operations and oversee job allocation**:

- **Ensuring adherence to The Chain of Responsibility (CoR) law**:

- **Oversee financial aspects, including P & L and budgets**:

- **Supervise staff performance and conduct reviews**

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- **Proven successful background in a logistics or operations management role**:

- **Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders**:

- **Strong people skills, including a strong ability to communicate and negotiate**:

- **A strong safety focus**:

- **CoR knowledge**:

- **Planning and organisational skills**
