Cafe Supervisor

I'm currently looking for a passionate and experienced Cafe Supervisor to join our team at Sassafras Of Paddington

As the Cafe Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bustling cafe located at 88 Latrobe Terrace, Paddington QLD 4064, Australia. You will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

- Opening and Closing the Cafe
- Training and mentoring new team members
- Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Maintaining a clean and organized cafe environment
- Making and serving hot and cold beverages - ( **barista experience and RSA is essential**)
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service
- Implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols

To succeed in this role, you must have prior experience working in a busy cafe environment and demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills. A proactive attitude and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service are also essential.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays
