  • Coach and supporting internal stakeholders on all HR issues including employee relations, policy interpretation and performance management
  • Review and develop HR policies and procedures to ensure they are current and best practice

  • Champion end to end recruitment and partner with hiring managers to achieve superior recruitment outcomes, talent management and workforce planning
  • Preparation of meaningful HR reports and metrics
