We are looking for an experienced Department Manager in Wodonga to take on a busy area with one of Australia's favourite retailers. You will love that every day is action packed with never a dull moment to be had. Confident managing a high volume of deliveries and stock, you will be able to quickly prioritise and understand where you can take advantage of immediate wins.
With the skills to be both directive and collaborative with your team, you will be confident to create a culture that can deliverer exceptional customer service standards, store standards as well as financial results. You will have excellent communication skills and be highly capable to motivate and drive a team to new heights of success through training as well as performance management.
About You....
- Passionate, motivating leader who leads by inspiring teams to deliver
- Proven success in mentoring teams
- Strong communication skills with an ability to style shift to suit your audience
- Love working in a fast paced, ever changing environment
- Big Box / High Volume retail experience required
- Understand how you can influence customer loyalty
