  • Identify and surpass customer needs by offering detailed product information and service
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Responsible for achieving F&I revenue and objectives
  • Ensure weekly tasks are completed punctually
  • Adherence to all regulations at federal, state, and local levels
