_Salesforce Analyst - Sydney_

_6-month Contract_

$600-$700 a day


We are looking for a Salesforce Analyst to join a financial services organisation and help them get better use out of their Salesforce instance.


You will effectively be the Salesforce champion in the business working on a mix of new project work and support.

You will work with the business to understand current processes, provide ideas and input on streamlining and improving processes, work with key stakeholders to provide training, and perform all configuration on the platform.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an indepth understanding of how the organisation uses Salesforce in order to manage and enhance the business' Salesforce environment
  • Management of Salesforce administration and support services, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards creation and refinement, managing data integrity, troubleshooting any systems issues, maintaining the systems that integrate with Salesforce, as well as proactively seeking efficiencies and opportunities to industrialise process automation
  • Lead enhancement projects relating to the improvement of the business systems and processes
  • Manage and deliver user adoption manuals, induction and training programs

To be successful:

  • Relevant experience as a Salesforce Administrator on sales and service cloud
  • Experience managing relationships with multiple stakeholders across different business units
  • Experience developing training material and delivering training
  • Demonstrated ability to think, plan and mobilise to act strategically
  • Ability to initiate, monitor and review projects and activities in line with organisational plans
