This vacancy is for a permanent full-time appointment, to fill a substantively vacant position within the leadership team at Mental Health, Public Health and Dental Services (MHPHDS).

About this role
The Co-Director Adult Inpatient Services , as mentioned above, is part of the leadership team within MHPHDS.

In this role your focus will be to ensure the Adult Inpatient Service is providing high quality acute and rehabilitation care at Graylands Hospital.

In this role, you will be responsible for the overall operational management of human, financial and physical resources across your teams, as shown in the attached Job Description Form.

Furthermore you will be focused on facilitating change management and the development of a culture that supports continuous improvement of clinical practice, business and process outcomes.
