What the day will look like

This is a pivotal role that demands exceptional time management and organisational skills, an eye for detail and respect of confidentiality, a proactive and flexible attitude and ability to work autonomously in a stakeholder-dynamic environment. Additionally, your ability to quickly build strong professional relationships are crucial in your day-to-day interactions across the business as well as support for the Affinity and Small Business leadership team (6 Client Directors) as required.

  • Proven ability to resolve complex and strategic challenges as they arise.
  • Previous administration experience in an Assistant or similar role supporting at the Executive level.
  • Diary and email management (operating in Global Time Zones)
  • Travel arrangements and provision of travel briefs
  • Management of Town Halls both Hybrid and within Interstate Offices
  • Responsive and ability to move quickly in fast paced environment.
  • Technologically savvy – experience in using full Microsoft suite (including PowerPoint Presentations, Teams meetings, One Note and One Drive), video conferencing, Yammer Posts etc.
  • Experience in taking actions / minutes and follow-up
  • Supporting governance frameworks (ie Training & CPD Points management) Managing BCP Plans
  • Support Key Initiatives for Leadership Team as required
  • Flexible working environment with three days per week to support leader from the newly refurbished offices
  • Experience in supporting someone in a fast-paced market facing role – i.e. external stakeholder engagement

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Five (5) years minimum experience in a similar role
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • An eye for detail and respect of confidentiality
  • Proactive and flexible attitude and ability to work autonomously in a stakeholder-dynamic environment.
  • Ability to manage up and work with Executive Leadership Team and their EA's
  • Managing Team Yammer Posts, events, and Team Engagement
