We're seeking a customer focused Design Centre Consultant to join our Austral Bricks office in Osborne Park, Western Australia.

Role
***Reporting to the Customer Service and Despatch Manager, the position is responsible for improving customer satisfaction and helping clients purchase the products that suit their needs and preferences.

Duties include but are not limited to
***:

  • Coordinating of appointments with clients for colour selections.
  • Assist and guide customers through the colour selection process.
  • Assist in the development and growth of Austral Bricks as a frontline company representative.
  • Provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of the Company's products and services.
  • Provide customers with friendly professional advice on our full range of products.
  • Ensure all sales enquiries are answered in a prompt and processional matter.
  • Ensure the Design Centre is kept to a high standard.
  • Manage the stock control of colour swatches and show room samples.

Success Requirements
***:

  • Passionate about customer service and demonstrated experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Building products knowledge (preferable).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to leave new systems i.e., Salesforce CRM and JDE data base.
  • Experience with colour selections and/or interior design (ideal).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
  • Available to work weekends if required.
